1. WHAT IS THE STANDARD ORDER FULFILLMENT TIME?

  • All orders in our Shop: All Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after you have successfully placed an order.
  • Once we received your order, we will then prepare your items for shipping to your desired delivery address. Please make sure you have provided a correct-valid address to avoid any delays on receiving your order/package.
  • Next, you will receive a notification/SMS from the courier (X-Post, LBC, J&T) once your order has been shipped. You can expect your items to arrive at your doorstep within the delivery period depending on your location. 

2. WHEN WILL MY ORDER REACH ME?

  • You shall receive your order 24-48 hours after your ordered date + the timeframe below depending on your location. 

    METRO MANILA Areas :
    ✔ 3 — 10 business days (Sunday not included)

    NON - METRO MANILA Areas : Includes Luzon, Visayas & Mindanao
    ✔ 5 — 15 business days (Sunday not included)

3. HOW CAN I TRACK THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER/PACKAGE?

4. WHY WAS MY PACKAGE UNDELIVERED/UNDELIVERABLE?

  • INCORRECT ADDRESS - If the address that the customer provided is incorrect or outdated, the package will be returned to www.ShopStreet.ph by the carrier or by the unintended recipient. Please make sure you fill-in the correct details (no typographical errors too!) during checkout and then carefully review it again by double-checking it before you ‘Complete’ your order. We don’t want to disappoint you.
  • ILLEGIBLE SHIPPING LABEL - In rare cases, it is possible that the address label became illegible during the shipping and handling process.
  • FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS - Our carriers will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver your package. However, after giving their best to send you your package, and still failed to deliver after the third attempt, the carrier will then determine that the package is undeliverable. Your order/package will be returned to us.
  • REFUSED BY RECEPIENT - If the recipient of the package refuses delivery, the package will be returned to us and considered undelivered.

5. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER THROUGH YOUR WEBSITE?

A -  1. Click on the item you want
       2. Select the type of product you want (if there are varieties)
       3. Select Add to Cart
       4. Click Check out on add to Cart 
       5. Fill-out the necessary details needed for the shipment
       6. Choose a payment method (COD/COP)
       7. You will then receive a confirmation and just wait for the product to arrive.

6. ARE THERE OTHER WAYS WE COULD PAY FOR THE ITEM ASIDE FROM COD & CREDIT CARDS?

A - Yes, we accept bank transfers through BPI and BDO or you could send the money through Western Union or MLhuillier. Just send us a message on Facebook for further details.

By doing a bank transfer or pera padala, the shipping time may only take 1-2 days.

7. DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR REFUNDS?

A - Yes, we do accept returns and refunds as long as it is within 7 days. Starting from the time you received the package. However, we will not accept the product if it has been

  • Damaged
  • Item is not scratched or dropped
  • We will refund or return if there is a factory defect
